If you have a relative or know of a person from the island of Ireland who returned home either to the Island of Ireland or elsewhere, please send the details and information with no attachments listed below so their name can be added to our database. 

Information required for inclusion in the roll of honour

• Name of Survivor/Veteran
• Rank
• Navy - Air - Army (include regiment if served in the Army)- other
• County of Birth on the Island of Ireland
• Year of Death (or confirm survived)
